1. General By accessing or enrolling in Sapta Swar Academy courses, you agree to follow all terms, policies, and guidelines mentioned on our website and shared by the academy from time to time. 2. Admission & Enrollment * Admission is confirmed only after successful fee payment. * Fees are charged on a monthly / batch basis. * Enrollment is valid only for the selected course, batch, and duration. 3. Fees & Payments * All fees must be paid within the given fee window. * Late payment may result in class interruption. * Fees once paid cannot be adjusted to another student, course, or batch. 4. Classes & Schedule * Classes are conducted online as per the assigned schedule. * The academy reserves the right to change class timings, teachers, or platforms if required (with prior notice). * Missed classes without prior information will be counted as conducted. 5. Attendance Policy * Regular attendance is mandatory. * Continuous 3 absences without prior notice may lead to cancellation of admission. 6. Study Material * Notes, recordings, and study materials are provided only for personal use. * Sharing, copying, or redistributing academy content is strictly prohibited. 7. Code of Conduct * Students must maintain discipline during classes. * Any misuse, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior may lead to suspension or termination without refund. 8. Technical Responsibility * Students are responsible for their own internet connection, device, and technical setup. * The academy is not liable for issues caused by the student’s network or device. 9. Academy Rights Sapta Swar Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or change its policies, structure, or offerings at any time.

Refund&Cancellation
