Sapta Swar Academy 1. All fees paid to Sapta Swar Academy are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. 2. Fees are charged on a monthly / batch basis and must be paid within the given fee window to avoid class interruption. 3. Admission is confirmed only after successful payment. Access to classes, apps, and groups will be provided post confirmation. 4. Classes are conducted online as per the assigned batch schedule. Any changes in timing or platform will be informed in advance. 5. If a student misses a class without prior intimation, the class will be counted as conducted and will not be compensated. 6. Continuous 3 classes absent without information may lead to cancellation of admission. 7. Class recordings, notes, and study material are provided only for enrolled students and are strictly for personal learning use. Sharing or redistribution is not allowed. 8. Sapta Swar Academy reserves the right to modify batch timing, teachers, or class structure if required. 9. The academy is not responsible for technical issues from the student’s side such as internet, device, or network problems. 10. Any misconduct, misuse of content, or violation of academy rules may result in suspension or termination without any refund. 11.
